Institutions of higher education are the main fields of cultivatingnational talents and they are the talent reserve bases for nationaldevelopment as well as social progress. College undergraduates shoulderthe important mission of social progress. They improve their knowledgeas well as skills continuously by means of learning and improve their ownqualities as well as self-cultivation in order to become socially usefultalents. However, there appears the phenomenon of “hiring others tofulfill one’s learning tasks” on temporary university campus. Thisphenomenon greatly profanes the dignity of higher education and wastesthe educational resources and goes against the healthy growth of collegestudents.This thesis makes a research based on the basic theory of ideologicaland political education, taking the issue of hiring others to fulfill one’slearning tasks” as the research object. Through the method of hierarchicalanalysis, this paper probes the multi-layer sources resulting in this phenomenon from the perspectives of college students’ individuality,college atmosphere as well as the social environment. In addition, thispaper proposes the counter measures to eliminate the “hiring learning”phenomenon by strengthening social, family, campus and individualideological and political education through multi-level and multiplemedia means. |
