Ethnic minority university students mostly are selected from minority elite, theysustain great responsibilities of the construction and development of ethnic areas. Also,the ideological level of ethnic minority university students is closely linked to nationaldevelopment. Therefore, it is one of the basic tasks for the ethnic minority areas’institutions of higher education to cultivate qualified contributors and reliablesuccessors into Ideological and political education work.With the expansion of university enrollment, the number of minority college studentsis increasing, more and more ethnic minority students becoming general colleges oruniversities’ member.(Except for Nationalities Universities) However, as a specialgroup, their habits, religions and some aspects may be totally different with the others,that’s why when they have entered the general colleges or universities, they wouldencountered a series of problems. Such as the puzzle with adapting their new life,communicating barriers, as well as professional learning and so on.
