This thesis illustrates the theory of human resource planning. On the base of the status of the school, such as the analysis of the stock of human resource, the future requirement of the development, the condition of talent supply in internal and external markets and the actual changes of workload of the school, the human resource planning of the school consisting of total planning and operation planning, is framed in this thesis. The research methods are included of ratio forecast and Marcov model to predict the demand and supply of the teachers. It should provide effective protection to be ahead of overall strength of the same type school in province and nation.
