| Since coming into information age, information technology is changing the way people learn and lifestyle at an alarming rate.For modern people, Information literacy has become to indispensable quality.Essentially,to train Information literacy is to teach students how to learn and re-learn, to learn using modern information technology, to enable students to truly become masters of learning. Information literacy training process not only is the cultivation of creative thinking process, but also plays an important role in training students research and innovation capacity, a person with information literacy has foundation for lifelong learning, and the foundation to improve their overall literacy.Special education students lack of pro-active access to the habits and ability to use information,due to the limitations of cognitive style. Compare to ordinary high school students,special education high school students understand internet late, in the face of a large number of information in complex network often appears to be nothing, they can not find out what they need from the good and bad information, and even some students can not resist to temptation of adverse information, addicted to the Internet, causing a serious impact on physical and mental health of the students. Training special education high school students information literacy, so that they can obtain useful information efficiently from the source of information,and can accurately and creatively use this information, be able to skillfully divided into two to comment on the information,fulfill the network ethics and codes of conduct in the network life, not only conducive to the overall quality of the of special education high school students, to improve the employment rate for special education students, but also promote their enjoyment of social progress and achievements, promote fairness in education.This paper takes empirical research methods:questionnaire survey and field interviews supplemented, conducts a sample survey of special education middle school in Jilin Province, by means of summary and analysis data,get the following conclusions based on data and interviews of deaf students:"deaf secondary school IT courses open situation in Jilin Province"," the shortage of deaf secondary school IT courses in the process of Jilin Province "," IT operational capability and identify information of a wide range of date of deaf students of Jilin Province"," restrictive factors in cultivating information literacy and policy that can improve IT courses in special education ", to make up for the lack of theory on information literacy of special education students,provide a reference for the future of special education students’ information literacy cultivation. |
