With the promotion and popularity of information technology and courses integration in high school, A large amount of excellent special subject learning websites spring up. The newly teaching mode based on special subject learning website has generated a large shock towards traditional classes. Meanwhile, net work has brought about unprecedented smoothly information for deaf student. This method, step out of barrier of hearing and adopt equality of student vision, has welcomed by more and more deaf students, so launching the informational technology course based on Special Subject Learning Website in deaf school is far-reaching research for deaf student, also a great reform to promote the teaching development of information technology in deaf school in china.Focusing on this topic, we chiefly fulfill the following four aspects:Firstly, from gathering and dealing with the relevant literature on the theoretical issues is reviewed, clear out related conceptions, analysize the research situation of information technology and network education in deaf schools and situation of constructing and applying special subject learning website all over the global; meanwhile, formed the reasonable recognition of launching high school information technology teaching using special subject learning website and sorting out theory basis, clarify significance and value.Secondly, through consulting and discussion with the first-line teachers, to know about their actual instructional requirements, we determine "lovely hometown" in comprehensive course of the 4th chapter "processing and expressing of information" as design setting of this website, and construct "lovely Taiyuan" website to help the comprehensive activity instruction of information technology in deaf high school, By using questionnaire and discussion to know about deaf student's ability of basic informational technology knowledge and network application and their personality, meanwhile offer grounds for design the special subject learning website.Then,we make instructional design for the learning website-Lovely Taiyuan ,according to the needs analysis and functions, learners analysis, study content analysis, analysis of learning objectives,the design of learning resources,the design of learning methods, the design of learning strategies and the design of learning evaluation.It designs the development system of the special subject learning website from the aspects of structure and function, navigations,interface styles and communication forums.Finally, conduct practice research based on these tasks, launching a two-month instructional practice of information technology activities course based on the website in Class 71 and Class 72 ,Grade 2 ,of Taiyuan deaf high school. According to the analysis of works quality of deaf student group, cooperation, evaluation result of self-rethinking, initially draw the conclusion that cooperation learning activity based on such website is beneficial for the improvement of information processing and expressing ability, written language, cooperation awareness among deaf students, and communication between teachers and deaf students. In view of above points, offer some help and enlightment for launching information technology activity courses based on special website in deaf high school.
