In 2002 deaf school new curriculum plan development group person in charge ChengYiji in "Humanist face Future" center pointed out that, The attention individual difference,strengthens and melt teaching individually, advocated the teaching language the multiplication,guides the student to participation on own initiative, to be glad inquired into, to raise thestudent collection and the process information ability, gains new knowledge the ability,analyzes and solves the question ability as well as the communication, the contact ability. Thishas indicated the direction for the special education development, at the same time alsopointed out the special education becoming an information based society must highlight thespecial education the characteristic, must meet the special education development need. Butuses any type the effective way and the method realization special education schoolinformation technology education, listens to bond the student information accomplishment theraise and the enhancement all is the question which the special education school needs tosolve.In whole research, I regard the child's special requirement as the prerequisite studied allthe time, fully consider deaf students cause the difficulty of study because of the lose of thesense of hearing, make the ability that they lose in knowledge acquisition not merely reflect insense of hearing, have limited the deaf children's ability of knowledge acquisition in feelingand visual on certain intensity directly too. So fully draw lessons from the advantage that theinformation technology gives play to in actual teaching, utilize multimedia classroom andnetwork to teach many kinds of information technologies means such as the environment, etc.it is at information technology lesson and at grades high Chinese lesson, etc. discipline ofseveral pieces, while promoting student's information accomplishment, the defect of the deafstudents of maximum compensation. Make student through information technologyknowledge and grasp and use of skill, improve information consciousness and ability of themconstantly, make these deaf students learn to study, learn to think deeply, society and others(with normal people), exchange and cooperation, learn to create, let their developmentfurthermore help to incorporate the mainstream society.
