In 2020 revised “Ordinary High School music curriculum standards” that“Music curriculum module teaching,should be through singing,playing,listening,composing and comprehensive art performance and other teaching activities to implement.The emphasis on music practice should run through the whole music teaching practice.By participating in various musical practices,students can gain artistic and emotional experience,learn and master the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance their aesthetic perception and cultural understanding,and at the same time enhance their artistic expression.”The“Creation activity” to be discussed in this paper is one of the most important teaching means in the practice of music education.The author finds that the integration of creative activities in different stages of music class can make the more abstract music appreciation three-dimensional and concrete,so that the music image can be vividly displayed in front of the students,this can not only improve the students’ music appreciation,but also enable students to fully develop their imagination,enrich students’ thinking in the appreciation of music images,and develop students’ creative potential.By inserting different forms of creative activities in music class,teachers can make the individual development needs of middle school students be effectively satisfied,more conducive to the release of Students’ creative energy [ general high school music curriculum standards(Core Literacy2017 edition 2020 revision)].At the stage of middle school,students are becoming more and more mature in physiology and psychology,and have the basic ability of music appreciation.Therefore,rich creative activities can effectively stimulate students’ inspiration and interest,and cultivate the enthusiasm of music learning,so creative activities are effective means of music teaching in secondary schools.My School,Rongchang Middle School of Chongqing,is a well-equipped middle school in Rongchang District of Chongqing.The school has a school choir,and music courses are offered in grade one and grade two,students have certain aesthetic perception ability and artistic expression.This paper is a case study of students from senior high schools in Rongchang.According to the new music curriculum standard of senior high school(2020edition),which emphasizes music practice,and the requirement of strengthening music creation in class mentioned in developing creative potential,and the students’ physiological and psychological characteristics in senior high school,through interviews,questionnaires,observation practice and analysis of different teaching content research.Through the interview,the author found out the attitude of the music teachers in Rongchang middle school towards the creation activities in the present music appreciation class and how to join the creation activities in different forms effectively,the questionnaire collected the students’ attitude to the music appreciation course and the types of music knowledge that the students could master,which provided a lot of real classroom information for the author,to help the author more intuitive understanding of the middle school music classroom creative activities of the status quo.Through investigation and analysis,the author finds out the problems that may exist in adding composing activities in middle school music classes at present.The first chapter is the investigation of the present situation of the composing activities in the middle school music class,by distributing the questionnaire to the senior one students of Rongchang Middle School,and carrying on the discussion and exchange with the music teacher of the school after class,this paper summarizes the different types of creative activities in high school music teaching materials,namely,creative rhythm,melody and lyrics;music rhythm,creative dance;This paper analyzes and probes into the problems existing in the present classroom teaching of music appreciation in senior high schools by means of composing musical sketches and sitcoms from the following three aspects: students,music teachers and music textbooks in senior high schools,how to improve this kind of problem,can provide the goal-oriented for the later teaching practice.The third chapter is the teaching practice of creative activities in the "Music appreciation" class of Rongchang Middle School,which is the key part of this paper.Through the analysis of the standard of music curriculum in Senior High School,the questionnaire survey in the early stage and the data collection in the later stage,the author observes the music classroom of the music teachers in Rongchang Middle School,combined with specific teaching practice to sum up and reflect.The fourth chapter is about the significance and reflection of the teaching of creative activities in the teaching of "Music Appreciation" in Rongchang middle schools.This paper sums up the positive significance of creative activity teaching in the class of“Music Appreciation”,and reflects on the problems worthy of attention in teaching practice.
