Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology, internationalcompetitionis increasingly fierce.Science and technology, especially represented by IT, hasaffected many aspects of human, such as life,production and practice.Enhance the nationalscientific literacy and innovation capacity to reflect the more important and urgent practicalsignificance.Childhood isthe golden age for theyounger generation’s developmentof scientificliteracy,elementary school science classes is just an important way to cultivate children’sscientific literacy.Based on the existing research and the extensive literature surveyof theinformation technology integration with the primary scientific,this paperfind the fundamentalcause of the problem in deep-level integration of information technology and curriculum,conducted in-depth study of primary school science in the perspective of the subject ontology,present a full range of integrated methods based on the research of subject ontology.This paper includes the following four areas:1.On the basis of literature analysis about “integration” and “scienceintegration”,generalizedfour kinds of domestic integration model and two kinds of foreignintegration model.2.Research the theoretical basis and relevant conceptsof the integration of informationtechnology and elementary school science,from the aspect of integration theory, learningtheory and subject ontology.3.Using the methods of literature analysis, this paper reviewed the development ofChina’s science education,classified the science subject from subject composition andknowledge contents,explained the knowledge ontology from the aspect of concept ontologyand domain ontology,expounded the method ontology from the perspectiveofdeductiveinnovation thinking method,Non-logical innovation thinking method and creativetechnique,interpretedthe application ontology starting from the sub-ontology.4.ProposedOne-stop360°integrated model, which is a full range integrated modelas thecenter ofresource service.
