Science courses teaching evaluation is mainly to promote students‘learning anddevelopment.It‘s philosophy is to improve students‘scientific literacy, the development ofstudents. In2006, a series of PISA are the application of the world‘s most advanced educationmeasure theory and mature operation mode. It puts emphasis on scientific literacy and thecore aim is―ability‖, based on the situation of the test method in the personal,social andglobal background.The new curriculum have similar ideas of spiritual essence with theevaluation of PISA and it is based on three-dimensional object:knowledge and skills, processand method (science inquiry),attitudes and values, so as to comprehensively evaluate students‘scientific literacy. This article introduces the essential features of the science component of2006Program for International Student Assessment (PISA).
