The research comes to the following conclusion. Herdsmen’s intention to settle is not strong. These factors which include age, health status, financial resources, and household income inheritance of language to a large extent affect the settlement of herdsmen’s intention. They have significant correlation.However, these factors which include sex, educational level, family structure, living facilities, religious and folk culture and herdsmen’s intention to settle have no significant correlation The research finds that the settled intention of herdsmen is that the herdsmen in macro economic, social, ecological, the change of a system, from their own and the family of micro interests, considering the various factors make the rational choice.
