College Students inner-constraint cultivation research is put forward under the development of present times.With the deepening of our country reform of opening-up, the aggravation of market economics activities, the change of social colony benefit structure, the un-rational factors of people’s mood become notable with dealing with relationship between ego and others, ego and social, ego and nature.Anxiety, weak psychology, strong sense of injustice and unscrupulous impetu ous also have impact on college students, which leads to mental deterioration, distort ion, and even the emergence of campus violence, suicide etc. among college students. Author think the effect of those un-rational outer-constraint is limited so that we should cultivate and improve inner-constraint of college students,Inner-constraint in the study is defined as:Individuals develop inner force of good behavior their behavior control with both affection of congenital Xiangqun and acquired socialization, which exist in relationships among people, humanity and society, humanity and nature. It is the force that the inner active force to constrain self-behavior, developed by dealing with those three internal positive forces. Its purpose is to maintain the external environment harmony of individuals and promote comprehensive development of individuals.This study followed as5steps:definite inner-constraint, questionnaire profiling, survey inner-constraint status of college students, analyze affecting factor and forward suggestions. According to looking up relative research before, theories and practice data, Author profiled college students inner-constraint questionnaire and inner-constraint interview outline. Author investigate inner constraint level of600college students and interview7college students,3university governors. The results are as follows:1) College students’ inner-constraint include5dimensionalities, which are cognitive of colony, friendly intercommunication, caring society, resist temptation and inhibit impulsive.2) College students’ inner-constraint has remarkable differences in gender, grade, communist members or not, one-child or not. And there is no difference in different professional categories, the specialist, parents’ highest level of education, students shengyuandi.3) Social environment, education, family upbringing way and self-factors are the main factors affecting college students’inner-constraint.Finally, author suggested content of college student’ inner-constraint basing on the point view of students to develop college students’ self-awareness, valuable orientation and self-behavior management capabilities; Meanwhile, the study proposed three stages of developing college students’ inner-constraint: internalization phase, externalization phase, fixation phase by different developing ways on different inner-constraint level, so that improving college students’ inner-constraint level and evoking attention of social, university and college students to develop college students’inner-constraint.
