Analysis Of The Status Quo Of College Students' Integrity And Its Cultivation Countermeasures

President Xi pays more attention to universities when he has visited Peking university on 4th May,2018.He said that an university is a place where cultivate students with morality and talent,and where students learn abundant knowledge,enhance their abilities and realize their dream.As a place where young students gather,the university gathers the frontiers of the times and also displays the youthful style.Young student cadres,as the leader among the young people,play an important role in leading the students' ideological progress,role model demonstration and exemplary leadership.Whether university student cadres can be honest and self-disciplined,whether they can perform their duties or not,is directly related to whether the interests of student groups can be realized.Therefore,only by attaching importance to the construction of student cadres,strengthening the cultivation of the integrity quality of student cadres in Colleges and universities,and gradually moving forward the anti-corruption and advocating honesty,can we curb the growth of corruption from the source and fundamentally improve the corruption problem of the country.The paper takes the incorruptibility of student cadres as a point,follows the logical thought----tracing to the source of theory,practical exploration and combing the theory and practicing.According to Marxism about researches on man's all-round way development and educational concept of quality of the Chinese Party members,apply for literature search,qualitative and quantitative analysis.The paper studies the condition of contemporary integrity quantity of college students cadres from integrity cognition,vales of integrity,the tendency of integrity behaviors and the factors of influencing integrity.We find that students cadres have the problems of limited integrity cognition,not clean phenomenon of cadres,not effective quality of college students' cadres' integrity,error of transition of cognition and practication of integrity,and analysis the reason from society,school,system and educational subject.The paper proposes approach to improve the integrity quality of college students cadres from the importance of cultivating the integrity of college students' cadres,improving the management system of college student cadres,buildinga multi-educational subject.The paper expands perspective of study integrity quality of college student cadres and practical exploration,strengthen the further research of common corruption problem.It is not only beneficial to improve the efficiency,scientificity and systematicness of college student cadres,provide fundamental basis for researches of the incorruptibility of student cadres,but also supply the demand of cultivating more outstanding talents for our country and building the system of fighting corruption practically.Therefore,it has far-reaching means on national development,social advancement and college construction.
