The University Student Community Construction Based On The Theory Of The Career Development Research

Recently, China’s expanding of college enrollment has led to the fact that the number of college graduates has been showing a rising trend in large-scale each year. Thus, Social Employers put forward higher requirements on graduates in terms of professional skills, professional qualities and abilities, which makes graduates face a more severe employment situation and suffer from increasing pressure.Under this circumstance, an increasing number of students realize the importance of promoting their own career development by means of enhancing their employability and competitiveness.To promote their own career development, college student association is undoubtedly the best choice,by which they can enhance the personal qualities and ability, as it can not only be served as the extension of classroom teaching, but also be considered as the social practice and an important form of extra-curricular activities. They expect to improve their overall quality and ability, to enhance the competitiveness of self-employment, and to promote their own career development through participation in community activities. Therefore, in the new era, the importance of the construction of college student association in the orientation of promoting career development to enable college student association to help students improve the vocational quality and capacity better becomes more evident.This paper takes the method of literature retrieval, theoretical analysis, and the combination of investigation and interview. It starts from the functions which the college student association guides students career development. And the research foudantation is based on the western career development theory. This paper also makes clear the development process of our country’s college student association, and the function of the college student association made to the students’ career development. Besides, it discusses the current situation of the development of the college student association and the characteristics of the present association development. Furthermore, it emphatically analyses the current college student association existing prominent problems and its causes.And then uses the career development theory, education management, organization and behavior, education sociology and other related theory. This paper proposes the strategy for the systematical construction of the college student association which oriented by the university students’ career development, it plays the leading function of career development and offers the theoretical support and practical guidance for the professional development college student association construction.The right innovation of this paper lies in:Systematically analyzes the formation, development skeleton of the college student association and its historical background; Introduces professional development theory, and states the function of the college student association made to the students’ career development. Besides it puts forward the construction of university students should focus on the career change. At the end, it analyzes the characteristics of the employability and entrepreneurial college student association and the special role it acts in promoting the students’ career development.
