After Premier Li Keqiang proposed the spirit of “nationwide entrepreneurship,nationwide innovation”,the country set off a wave of entrepreneurship.The slogan gives young people new time mission and a rare stage and space.In this kind of situation,the government introduced a variety of preferential policies to support and encourage entrepreneurship,so that more and more college students are willing to join the army of entrepreneurship.As a highly educated group,entrepreneurship is a systematic process of integrating theoretical knowledge,professional expertise and superior resources.However,as for college students,entrepreneurial resources and experience are very scarce.Moreover,they not only have to pay attention to their studies but also should prepare their own small business management,which makes them invest and pay more than other entrepreneurs.This study selected three college students of the school as the research object and is based on the career development theory.Through the in-depth study of their entrepreneurship stories and their entrepreneurial mind,this paper will show the entrepreneurship factors for college student and the effects they may get.This paper will take qualitative research methods;collect information by interviews and observation as well as narrative analysis the entrepreneurial story of college students by true cases.The main contents of this study are as follows:Part 1: introduction,research purpose and significance,literature review,innovation as well as the definition of university,entrepreneurship and career developmentPart 2: the first chapter is the research plan,research process and design.The chapter describes the study methods,reasons and processes.At last,it describes the researchers on the study objectivity,the degree of inference and ethic reflection.Part 3: The second chapter to the forth chapter uses the narrative method,combined with the respondents' growing experience,to describe the school business career development of the three.Through the description of entrepreneurial process,the paper will show the key events and difficulties during the process,so that can reproduce the real situation of these college students' career developments.Part 4: the fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection.Based on the description of the respondent entrepreneurial career development,the study explores the factors of students' entrepreneurship and its effects.Moreover,the study makes some useful suggestions to entrepreneurship education and for college students.
