In recent years, China’s oversupply of university students in the labor market is becoming more and more striking, at the same time, our college students’ discrimination in employment is getting worse. Due to the college students’ discrimination in the employment, it not only increases the difficulty of the employment of college graduates and undermines the college graduates’labor rights as a citizen, but also have a serious impact to the concept of social equality and the rule of law. Moreover, it is harmful to "Harmonious Society" concept of building the ultimate realization of the country, resulting in a great waste of high-level talent resources.This paper focuses on our university students’discrimination in the labor market. First of all, the author analyzes the theory and concept of discrimination in employment, pointing out my understanding about it. Then through further analysis the phenomenon of college students’employment discrimination and the discrimination behavior of employer during their recruiting, this paper will conclude the reason of discrimination from various aspects. Finally, the paper draws some lessons and experience from other countries in the prohibition of discrimination in employment, combining our real employment situation in college, putting forward a number of recommendations to avoid college students’employment discrimination.
