The Ministry of Education increase the intensity and scope of teacher training, withparticular emphasis on teachers’ professional capacity and provide more opportunities forrural primary and secondary school teachers to participate in learning and education that canimprove the overall quality of teachers. In2010, the “The National Training Programs” washolded by Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance teachers at different scales inall parts of the country, the plan opened the door of the study for primary and secondaryschool teachers. The plan is a satisfactory training through training mechanisms reform, theimprovement of the training content and training methods.Taking activity theory as a guide,the paper is based on the national training plan-Teacher replacement full-time training project-Hebei Normal University, IT teacher training,The study is about the entire training process of the IT teachers.The scientific design of thequestionnaire, an accurate survey of the level of teachers participating in the training, trainingprogram design, application and effect of verification are the focus of this study. The study isdivided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.Introduction as the foreword of the whole thesis of theresearch has a brief overview, such as the research background is in the rapid development ofIT and deepen development of them basic education reform,the related reach at home andabroad is inadequate. Fully clear purpose and scientific research methods is showed in thispart.The second part is theoretical basis. Expounds the basis of the Institute of theoreticalguidance, including the Learning Community theory and an overview of the activity theoryand its guiding significance to the study.The third part of is the model. This section focuses on practical experience and in-depthanalysis of activity theory, built activity theory-based IT teacher training models andprograms based on Intel future education model and activity theory.The fourth part is the data analysis. Understanding of their professional ability to set the pre-evaluation of teacher training courses in IT, the study conducted a targeted survey throughquestionnaires and interviews, and survey results of the statistical analysis of the IT teachers’professional capacity and levels need to upgrade the conclusions.The fifth part, the experimental evaluation. After the end of the training, evaluation andanalysis of the effectiveness of the IT teacher training based on activity theory.Part VI, the study concluded. Summarizes the conclusions of this study, and pointed outthe direction and content of this article gaps and the next effort and in-depth study.
