Survey And Analysis On The Factors Afrecting The Employment Of Academy Graduates In Liaoning

Nowadays, the employment of the graduates has become the focus and hot topic in the society and governments. From year2006to year2012, the number of domestic college graduates were4.13million,4.95million,5.59million,6.11million,6.31million,6.6million and6.8million, however, during those years, the employment rate of the college graduates were77%,70%,68%,68%,63%,61%. From above two sets of data, it is clearly that from year2006the number of domestic college graduates is increasing, but at the same time the employment rate is dropping. With the lower and lower employment rate, more and more job seekers come out, and among the graduates with bachelor degree, applying for jobs become more difficult to those who only have the associate degree.The main point of this paper is to analysis what influences the graduates with associate degree to get jobs and how important of those influence factors; to analyze and conclude the major factors that influence the employment level of graduates with associate degree; basing on Likert scale, to design a questionnaire to make a survey on the influential factors of employment, to empirically test among3representative junior colleges. First, through literatures at home and abroad, research the current employment status of junior college and the future development tendency. Second, conclude and classify the influence factors of graduates with associate degree to get jobs. Third, make a survey to prove those influence factors, which includes, classifying and tabling the employment influence factors of junior college; making survey by questionnaires; collecting and analyzing those questionnaires; sorting the influence factors by importance; proposing solutions to the important factors. Last, draw a conclusion for this paper and point out the future researching direction.In this paper, the focuses are from individuals, families, society, and colleges to try to find the exact factors that influence the graduates with associate degree to get jobs, and will offer some help to the future employment guidance.
