Aim:With the improvement of living standards and scientific and technological progress, There is a growing focus on the overall function of shoes. For example, require both fashionable and beautiful, while wearing the required comfort. Special comfort shoes, not only in the general movement of the requirements, but also to meet the special needs of specific sports. In recent years, shoes of the "comfort " are widely appreciated, as shoes can not be ignored in the development and improvement is an important factor. The studying comfort for the impact of badminton shoes by the30-day wear test, so as to provide scientific basis for development of high-quality badminton shoes, while under the30-day wear test to find out badminton shoes’ performance, so that to provide reasonable election period for consumer.Objects and Methods:Those who take the test in badminton for the17young men more thanl years. Shoe size is42yards, within six months there is no injury. and there is no chance of foot diseases and deformities. YONEX badminton shoes from commercial (Y-type shoes) and a famous sporting manufacturer provided samples of two badminton shoes (G-type and R-type shoes) for the test, and running shoes MIZUNO (M-type shoes) as the base shoe, all by the manufacturer. The use of literature, experiment, survey, statistics and other mathematical analysis by different subjects wearing different styles of badminton shoes to known the subject’s feeling, so as to understand the performance characteristics sections of the shoe. Testing process is divided into three phases:the first section is each sections of the comfort test shoes, each subjects were wearing shoes and three badminton shoes complete the action and completed six questionnaires; the second stage is wearing shoes to play badminton30days,and2hours each day; the third stage, the same as the first phase.Results:After30-day of wear test, the14indicators reflecting the comfort, there are12significant differences in various forms. Vertical comparison, that is, relative to the comparison of this same type of shoe, R-type shoes:the feeling of the shoe’s weight, balance control after wear the shoes, etc., G-type shoes:non-slip of soles for shoes, shoe’s cylinder fit, the width of forefoot, the length of shoes, Y-type shoe:soles of the feet of the buffer front, the inside and outside control of turning, shoe’s arch height, the length of shoes, shoe’s air permeability, etc., After30-day of wear test, scores were significantly lower than before. In addition to, the score of shoe’s length of G-type and Y-type shoes, with respect to the all type of shoe, the comfort score reduction projects are not the same. Compared to all three wear shoes that before30-day the test, G-type shoes after30-day the wear test, about the non-slip of shoes, the shoe’s fit barrel, the first part of the shoe’s width, the shoe’s length and other aspects of score, R-type shoes:the feeling of the shoe’s weight scores were significantly lower than the test scores of all three shoes before the test.Conclusions:(1) After30-day of wear test, relative to the same type shoes, overall comfort score is slightly lower than the test before, but no significant differences, indicating that the overall comfort rating for R-type and G-type shoes are close to Y-type shoes. However, the overall comfort just one indicator of all14indicators about comfortable, data analysis shows that there are12indicators with significant differences.(2) After30-day of wear test, relative comfort score of oneself shoes, R-type shoes with2, G-type shoes with4, Y-type shoes with5indicators exist significant differences. But in addition to G-type and Y-type in the score of shoe’s length, the comfort index in different shoes are not the same. Shows that, after a certain intensity of use, changes on comfort of the three types shoes are basically different.(3) Within30-day of wear test, the bottom of the rubber on G-type shoes with two open plastic; After30-day of wear test, R-type’s insole fabric part of the loss, R-type and G-type shoes tend to loss the mark. All of the shoes’soles have different degrees of wear and tear, and the location of metatarsophalangeal joint of his right foot wear the most serious, R-type shoes wear the most obvious. That compared with the Y-type shoes, G-type shoes and R-type shoes can be further improvement.(4) After30-day of wear test, relative to all shoes before the test, the subjects feel that comfort scores on the slip resistance, and the geometry of shoes of the G-type shoes have a very clear decline. R-type shoes, scores that show the feeling on weight relative to all the shoes also have a very significant decline. This may have some relationship with wear characteristics on G-type and of R-type shoes...
