The development of human society has entered the information era,computer techn ology and Internet technology as the representative of contemporary information techno logy has permeated every aspect of the whole social life, on people’s thinking and be havior have had a tremendous impact, the use of information resources capacity has b ecome of human existence, one of the basic ability, this requires that people want to learn the use of information, become the information society. The trend of the times, the world’s governments to strengthen educa-tion in information technology, increase in vestment and accelerate the process of their educa-tion information.China’s information technology on education response has been very sensitive to n ew rends, the new elementary education reform put IITC in an important place."Elem ent education course reform program (try stage)" point out:push hard applying IT int o course of teaching and learning", and definite:promoting IITC realizing step by ste p the change of content of courses presentation way, student’s way of studying,intera ctive way of teacher and student":" Playing the advantage of IT into sufficiently, pr oviding the education environment of color and forceful study an implement for stude nt’s learning and evelopment". After the completion o f the site, and activelypromote the application, the use of the university’s campus networ k, select the two third gradeclasses to carry out the trial study, the accumulation of first-ha nd information, and then these data were analyzed and compared tosum up this website d esign, construction experienceand shortcomings, to further revise and improve the site.The results indicate:Based on the constructivist theory of multiple intelligences th eory and humanistic theory under the guidance of junior high school curricular design up to read novels to learn the actual site meets the majority of students, learning to good effect. First, students basic uneven, the collective-style learning to read can not meet the reading needs of individual students, while learning to use the site can be a good solution to this problem.Second, the junior high school students already have so me self-learning ability, eachers will be a lot of time left to self-learning, popular am ong students. Third, students can ombine their own actu-al situation at any time on th e machine browse to learn, and depending on the course learning objectives and learni ng content development of clear learning plan.Although the special study sites based on the mode of learning has many advanta ges, but in the actual learning process also revealed some problems. First, teachers ne ed to change our ideas. Some teachers worry that the application site will affect the d aily teaching ctivities, guiding students to use website to learn awareness and enthusia sm affected to some degree. Second, teachers need to have certain computer skills, but also need to have a sense ofshared resources; schools need to provide the appropriate har dware to support the design and maintenance of thewebsite platform, but also from policy t o encourage and guideteachers to use the site. Third, self-learning capability and the basis of the original learning of students is not obvious. This learning model is based on studen t teachers learning guide, self-learning ability,poor foundation students learn in a loss, this t eachers must strengthen counseling " Poor performance in school students ".Fourth, highl y dependent on the environment is not conducive to student learning. This mode of le arning is difficult to leave the computer net-work for. Fifth, the computer can be man ifested only material scenes, can not express the piritof the novel scene.Conclusion:The use of site teaching learning, students can becomethe real subject of learn-ing, teachersare teaching the subject matter;the richness of the site resour ces to adapt to different levels based on students need to fully mobilize the students ’positive initiative, toimprove students’the overall quality, to develop students’creative thinking and innovative spi-rit; website design and practice, to guidethe future study of otherthematic design of the site, and reference.
