In order to accommodate this reform trend in China in2001, the Government enacted the curriculum reform of elementary education (for trial implementation), opening up a new round of curriculum reform of basic education in China. New round courses reform, its fundamental purpose is for adaptation new era socialist modernization construction on talent of needs, to promote people of full free development, and adaptation to the social of various needs of the society as measure education quality of fundamental standard, full follow-up "people, full development" of core concept, to train students national service, and service people of social sense, and obligations sense, and sense, to courage to exploration at innovation spirit and at solution problem of practice capacity for focus, for construction has China featured of socialist modernization cause And nurture outstanding creative talent across the centuries. Students’self-management ability but the reality is still very low, schools for students’awareness and capacity for self-management and education enough emphasis, with the spirit and requirements of the new course reform also has a larger gap, therefore, research and discussion on students’self-management under the background of new curriculum reform issue is very necessary.This thesis was on self-management under the background of new curriculum reform in middle school system devoted to the study of the problem, the author through the in-depth study of the spirit of the reform of the new curriculum and research, elaborated in the course of new courses reform of junior high school students’ self-management value and significance. What we learned and applyed expertise in disciplines such as education, management, psychology, research methods such as through questionnaires and interviews, understand the current situation and characteristics of junior high school students’self-management, combined with the requirements of the new curriculum reform, analyzed the current middle school students mainly because of low awareness and capacity of self-management, was made on the basis of this effective way of enhancing and improving self-management ability of middle school students. These include:first, the students a distinct sense of independence, establishing its self-management as soon as possible, should focus on development characteristics of middle school students’psychological, it is about "autonomy and responsibility" series of educational content, enhancing their sense of ownership and capacity. Secondly, creating a good environment, self-management habits students, mainly from the influence of the family environment, the school environment, optimization of socio-environmental aspects of construction, makes for junior high school students’self-management consciousness and the formation of the ability to create a good external environment point of view. Once again, to enhance the idea of class teacher and instructor of education, I believe that teachers and head teacher should set subjective educational thought, achieved by strict control and management to provide services to students, and focus on the development of students’non-intelligence factors in order to achieve the purpose of fostering and improving students’self-management capabilities.
