In modern education, intellectual education and moral education, rooted in theintellectual one, unify throughout all school activities. School education can make studentsmaster scientific knowledge, skills, establish beliefs, and have good human nature and noblemoral. It is a concrete manifestation of the value and technology in the school education,laying a solid foundation for the formation of the innovative talents with good morality.The philosophy of “morality and intelligence harmony” is to persist in moral educationas the forerunner, intellectual education as the center, the two complement each other, unite inour education to develop harmoniously. Students can have harmonious and comprehensivedevelopment in personality and skills by establishing the goal of moral education andcombining the teaching education, school management, and comprehensive evaluation withmoral education.This paper is presented from the perspective of the practice of higher vocational colleges,focusing on the professional colleges’ training of the “moral and intelligence harmony”talents for our country with the features of running school, teaching standards and advantages,building the trinity of practice teaching system on the basis of designing and comprehensiveexperimental practice teaching, laboratory teaching, base training practice, and creatingtraining mode of the practical and skilled talents with the grassroots-oriented application ofprofessional positions, who have a beautiful ideal, and the ability to serve the community, toAdvance to the training of the higher vocational talents with both competence and politicalintegrity.
