College students born after1990are the future of motherland and the hope of thenation.They are shoulders accelerating socialist modernization, building a socialistharmonious society, building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the historictask of rejuvenating the Chinese nation,but to assume this historical responsibility, theymust have a strong sense of social responsibility.In this paper, we used the questionnaire method, conducted a survey of the statusof sense of social responsibility of college students born after1990.On the basis ofinvestigation and the status quo, analysis of the meaning of responsibility andcharacteristics in-depth, the meaning and the elements of responsibility, the relationshipbetween personal responsibility and social responsibility, the connotation of sense ofsocial responsibility of college students born after1990,and as Marxist Philosophy,Ethics, Psychology and Ideological and Political Education the basis theoretical for thedeveloping of sense of social responsibility of college students born after1990.Thepractical problems of sense of social responsibility of college students born after1990in reality, a discussion from four angles of the college students born after1990themselves, family, school and social, deviation of college students born after1990self-awareness is the internal factors leaded to the weakening of social responsibility,that exist the family education, school oriented and the impact of social transformationis the external factors leaded to the college students born after1990a sense of socialresponsibility weakening. According to the issues and the reasons of sense of socialresponsibility of college students born after1990, cultivates and improves thecountermeasures of the sense of social responsibility of college students born after1990.Firstly, establishes the responsibility for the dominant position of college studentsborn after1990, secondly, innovates the ideological and political education, thirdly, actively participates in social practice, fourthly, creates a harmonious culturalenvironment. Fifthly, establishes the long-term mechanism.
