Since the September of 2009, A large number of students born after the 1990s have come to the campus and became the main group there. How to create a growth environment adapted to them and make use of this environment to foster their own outlook on the social responsibility for the sake of making contribution and being a good builder as well as a successor to the socialism construction is a very urgent task for ideology education of the current high school. Good investigation, grasping the true condition of the university students with scientific and educating their outlook on social responsibility as well is particular important for the personality and character formation of those who born after the 1990s. It is not only the need for implementing the party's education policy utterly and fostering the qualify talents in the new era but also for the recovery of Chinese's nation.The introduction is the main content of the first part which indicated the purpose, the meaning, the research actuality and the methodology of this paper as well.Summarizing the idea of social responsibility is the task for the second part, which means the basic conception of the social responsibility and its in tensions together with the extensions would be sketched out clearly, meanwhile, the origin of the responsibility and its intension have been surveyed specially. At the same time, the conception as well as the contents of the social responsibility had been defined and explained in details also.Based on the fundamental conception outlined in the last part, the third part of this paper has indicated the necessary for fostering the students'outlook born after 1990s on the social responsibility from two aspects including the request of the time and the feature of students'social responsibility that has been investigated particularly by the writer for grasping it correctly.The main task for the part four is to deal with problem of the inequality between the education model of the social responsibility of the current high school and the reality of the students'thinking born after 1990s, which has been mainly expressed in twoo aspects as following: the laggard of the universities'ideology education, the students'real thinking and challenge facing by the high educator brought by the students addicted into the internet games. Part five has inserted the tactics should be taken on the students born after the 1990s for the sake of the strength of the sense of the social responsibility, which mainly focus on the principal and efficient way adapted to the education of the social responsibility on the students born after 1990s, that is, Taking the students as the main body and changing the working outlook on the education of the social responsibility, firstly. Concerning about the current situation of the students and the token of the age, The educator should enrich the teaching contents of the social responsibility as time goes by. Thirdly, The educator should widen his mentality, innovate the working method in which the social responsibility should take; Finally, the educator should make good use of the internet to improve the actual effects of the education of the social responsibility with the time.
