Study On The Problem Of Compulsory Education On Migrant Workers’ Children Of ShenYang

With the fast economic development, speeding-up industrialization and urbanization causesthat our demand for labor has been growing rapidly. This drives more and more peasant workersto rush into the city for jobs. At the same time, the education of the younger generation ofpeasant worker is becoming an outstanding problem for the whole society. Therefore, thegovernment and the academic circles are both pay much attention to this problem.This thesis is based on the combination of theory and practice research. The theory basisare Management, Economics, Pedagogy, Sociology and public policy ect.. The practice researchis to collect data from studying one migrant school for peasant worker children namedNo.ShaShan in Shenyang. By qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, understand theexisting problems of migrant children education and provide solutions and suggestions.There are five chapters，Chapter one: research background, research significance and current research situation athome and abroad, and the research method and content.Chapter two: overview and analysis of concepts and theory basis.Chapter three: existing problem analysis of peasant worker children education in china,especially in Shenyang.Chapter four: the basic reason of causing education problem for peasant worker children,and the failure reason of solving education problem for Shenyang peasant worker children.Mainly reasons are about system, action and policy.Chapter five: for the existing problems, provide solutions and suggestions, includingrevising household registration system to realize the integration of urban and rural areas,completing government supervision system, improving management for basic education,establishing reasonable education financial system, allocating education resources rationally,and accelerating information construction of basic education management system.
