The higher vocational education is closely related to the development of the nationaleconomy. with the rapid development of the national economy, it is inevitably requested thatwe should explore more on the law of the vocational education, make the practice ofpeople-oriented, comprehensive development of the principles of education real andtransport the graduates with the quality of a higher comprehensive ability to push the socialand economic development.To explore the purpose of the above tasks, we should put it as a starting.point to train theentrepreneurship of the vocational school students to promote their comprehensive ability andquality. By the definition of capacity, entrepreneurship and other related concepts, it can beseen that the ability is acquired through learning, on the basis of life and social practiceactivities. The strength of a person’s ability directly affects the efficiency of activities, thesuccess or failure. In this paper, I will show the analysis of the factors affecting the success orfailure of entrepreneurial ability, and effective way of entrepreneurial capacity-building andoperational methods. in the course of the study I fully draw on the mature theories andmethods of psychology, intelligence, thinking to develop the depth and breadth of the research.Through a questionnaire, interviews I will also analyze the present situation and the cause ofthe vocational students entrepreneurial ability level. individual psychological characteristicsof the vocational students, society, school and family effects on student entrepreneurshiptraining to explore the effective way to train vocational students entrepreneurship andoperational methods, in accordance with their respective strengths of the social education,school education and family education.
