In the new curriculum, the connotation of the biology course has undergonemajor changes: from emphasizing subject content to emphasize the learner’sexperience. However, reflection of the current high school biology teaching situation,there exists many problems.This paper first analyzes the biological teaching situation where she worked, andexpounds the necessity and feasibility of construction a new teaching method;Second, the writer consults the relevant literature, expounds the theoretical basis ofconstructivism, detailed summarized the related concepts of three typical teachingmethod under the constructivism theory (scaffolding teaching method, anchoredteaching method and random access teaching method), summarized the domestic andinternational teaching method and these three methods, and made a horizontalcomparison about the differences and similarities among the teaching methods;Again, according to the different features among the current high school biologyexperiment, the new teaching and review learning, scaffolding teaching method,anchored teaching method and random access teaching method were applied in highschool biology experiment teaching, the new teaching and review learning teaching,this paper puts forward different teaching operating procedures, design thecorresponding teaching case (experiment to "explore yeast breath way" as an example,the review on "cell proliferation" as an example, the new teaching with "the flow ofthe cell membrane set model" for example), and case will be applied in the actualcases in the classroom teaching; Finally, the writer summarized the achievements andthe deficiency through the application results which the method of constructivismapplied in high school biology teaching performance. And put forward the feasibilityproposal, so as to providing some reference to solve the problems of current highschool biology teaching.Three kinds of teaching methods of constructivism theory used in high schoolbiology teaching, the results are as follows1. Help to stimulate students’ interest in study;2. Help to improve students’inquiry abilities;3. Excavate students’ potential ability;4. Help the students to acceptthe new knowledge;5. Cultivate the training of the students’ cooperation consciousness, improve the students’ interpersonal skills;6. Realized the educationidea of students as the center;7. Play a guide role in the teaching;8. In a certainextent, improve the teaching effect and improve the efficiency of the review.And there also exists two inadequate aspects:1. The classroom disciplines hardto control;2. Delay teaching progress.Based on the above conclusions, puts forward has practical and operatingteaching advice:1. The correct understanding of proximal development theory, build supportaccurately;2. Transform the role of the teacher, constructing the right "anchor";3.Select teaching situation, And pay attention to the development of the students’thinking;4. The fully preparation before class, arrange time properly in the class.
