This paper is at the background of a new lesson——enhancing the scientificliteracy of students not only need to pay attention to the foundation and selectivityof the course,but also need to make curriculum,technology, and life all together.Asingle way of teaching need to be change, inquiry is as the core of the diverse ofteaching methods. Biology experimental course uses a biological theory to practiceand test it, It is both the process and methods, can help develop students ’capabilities,and improve students’ scientific literacy.Long-term single teaching method andpassed-accept teaching-mode are the main shortcomings.The reform of teachingmethods and models need to top-down change of the experimental teaching systemand the change of the concept of teaching.This paper, by documentary research at home and abroad collects, collates,summaries the reform of teaching methods and models of high school biologyexperiment. By questionnaire survey,nearly300students and120teachers fromShanghai, Shandong, Shanxi, are conducted a questionnaire survey which is analysed,concluded that: The implementation of the high school biology experimental course isnot optimistic,with the obvious geographical differences. The causes of the problemsare included, analysed and sorted which reveal that the reform of teaching methodsand models of high school biology experiments can effectively address theseproblems.Because the reform of the experimental teaching methods and mode is with thechange of top-down experiment teaching system reform.The high school biologyexperiment system need to be constructed."the construction of high school biologyexperiment system"includes the experimental classification, the experimental basicsteps, the experimental teaching methods and models with case presentations,experimental teaching evaluation.Ultimately, the reform is used to practice to explorethe script production and preparation of the instructional design of multimediaassisted experimental teaching presentation.In short, more comprehensive analysis of the current status about the teaching ofhigh school biology experiment is made by documentary research, questionnaires,descriptive research method, system science methods.a preliminary study of theexperimental teaching method and mode for the reform and constructionthe followsconclusions:1. constructivist theory-based experimental teaching reform has been abig trend, the Herbart Sec teaching theory will go away from the stage ofhistory;2.Constructivism and multimedia equipment combine with the moves of thetimes. Change a single method of teaching methods, provide a wealth of information resources to provide students with the platform of self-exploration, and help tostimulate students’ interest in learning is possible;3.Constructivism and multimediadevices to the combination used in high school biology experiment teaching is arelatively new theme.(a) to create a real-life situation for students, so lose betweenexperiments and life;(b) experimental teaching presentation financial sound, graphics,text in one, to provide students with a three-dimensional,colorful cognitiveenvironment.;(c)convenient to teachers to guide instruction, provide convenient, moreflexible teaching method and mode selection;(d) shorten the experiment time,improve the experimental efficiency and quality;(e)urging teachers to raise teachers’continuous, learning to update their knowledge;(f) students is more initiative,classroom atmosphere is more harmonious.
