In the 21 st century,our country's education has always been in constant development.Due to the unprecedented fierce international competition and the rapid development of the knowledge-driven economy,the new requirements put forward by times.It needs the schools to cultivate knowledge-based and innovative talents,so anchored introduction comply with the trend of education development,which makes up the defect of traditional education.The anchored teaching is based on the individual differences,it focuses on the connection between textbook content and life and era,which greatly mobilizes students learning initiative and enthusiasm;In teaching methods,teachers teach ingeniously and neatly,respect subjectivity and activity of students,improve students' learning initiation,advocate students' willingness to explore,develop students' ability to analyze and solve problems and the ability of exchanges and cooperation;Anchored teaching method establishes a evaluation system which is consistent with quality education,advocating to focus on teaching process,and also it promotes students to develop in all aspects.The anchored teaching is a medium that connects classroom teaching practice with teaching theory.Based on the concept of meeting each students' development,the anchored teaching inherits the high-quality concepts of traditional ideological and moral lessons,transforms teachers' roles and teaching behavior,and updates the knowledge structure,Establishes a new style of constructive teaching.The anchored teaching method is based on the principle of constructive teaching to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability,which is a transcendental education model that conforms to the characteristics of the new era.This paper combines the theory and practice to give a deep explanation to teaching method of Ideological and Political course based on initiative cooperation and independent inquiry.This paper takes junior high school ideological and moral course as the research object,and uses constructive theory,situation theory and recent development area thought as theoretical basis of anchored teaching method,and lays a solid foundation for the practice of anchored teaching method.Firstly,this paper starts with the concept of anchor and anchored pedagogy,and summarizes the connotation of anchored pedagogy based on related data.At the same time,the four design principles of the anchored teaching method are analyzed,including bilaterality,development,situationality and disorder.This paper also gives a further explanation for each part of anchored teaching,lists some examples of anchored teaching method used in class.Taking anchored teaching into daily political class,it improves the reliability and validity,and enhance the practicablilitty of anchored teaching used in class.This paper studies the application of anchored pedagogy in junior high school ideological and moral lessons to improve the effectiveness in junior high school ideological and moral education.Based on the nature of junior high school ideology and morality curriculum,the research proposes several constructive strategies for the effectiveness of anchored pedagogy from the students' physical and mental development rules and the professional development of ideological and moral teachers.First,teachers and students must have sufficient understanding and mutual respect and teachers should give students appropriate expectations so that a new teacher-student relationship can be established;Teachers should establish self-reflection awareness and strengthen school-based research.Discipline literacy and education teaching ability.Secondly,teachers should optimize teaching methods,use educational wisdom in teaching process and teach students in accordance with their aptitude,cultivate the quality of students' ideological and moral subjects,and realize the development of students' learning and migration.At the same time,teachers need to pay attention to the development and utilization of curriculum resources both inside and outside the school,and be good at converting educational factors into education process.In the end,the author puts forward a multidimensional,comprehensive and dynamic evaluation system to promote the free and comprehensive healthy development of students.All in all,in order to better implement this teaching method in the junior middle school ideological and moral classroom,and then the anchored teaching method will get more attention from education filed so as to achieve the purpose of educating people.
