Class is main place of living and studying for students, and managing the classwell or badly will affect every student’s development. So class management is adifficult and important work. Because new class reform is carried out, it requires thatevery student should receive good education, and we should see every student’s future.And with the performance of the new class reform deeply, many traditional faults arefound in the course of class management in the junior high school. Below is obviousvery much, serious authority from teachers in the course of the class management, theinfluence from examination education, looking down on training the student’s ability,little management ways, limiting the student’s personality, single management channel,lacking family education, paying little attention to student’s mental health, and so on.All the above problems will prevent our students from growing up healthily.The article will research the class management by the below aspects. First, in theintroduction, I will introduce the background of choosing the subject, research status forthis subject all over the world, the purposes and benefits of researching the subject, thetheory base and research ways of the subject. In the second part, after I analyze theexamination paper about the class management, I will conclude the management statusof the junior school, and point out the main six problems in the course of classmanagement, then I will list some specific phenomena and analyze how they come intobeing. In the third part, I will introduce some tactics about optimizing the classmanagement. and I will research the influence that the new class reform bing to theteacher in charge of a class and the class management, then I will give some tacticsabout the class management, and in order to explain the tactics, I will give someexamples.
