In the recent decade, higher vocational schools were maturing well. Theytrained a large number of high quality and skillful persons for first-line enterprises inthe product or service field. At the same time, the reformation of human resource inhigher vocational school has some good results. And the performance managementhas been taken into the human resource practice.This article has combined some correlation researches of HR performancemanagement all over the world. After field research of application present status inthe HR of the higher vocational school A’s performance management, then point outsome problems: The teachers’work enthusiasm is low. Some teachers who with highquality post are unwilling to do some specific works about their college’sconstruction and development but to give lessons to students. Only some youngteachers are willing to undertake important work. The academic atmosphere isdeficiency and the teachers’ scientific research ability is worse because there is fewhigh level teacher while the average horizontal teacher is excessive. The teachers arebusy giving lessons everyday, they have a low enthusiasm to take part in teachingseminars so the best teaching effect can’t be achieved. The lower teachers’performance management level makes the reformation in higher vocational schoolcan not achieve the due effect. So the author make a systemic thinking of the highervocational school A’s teacher performance management, and provide some worthysuggestions and forward measures to the construction of high level quality teacherteam.This article is based on the satisfactory inquiring on the performancemanagement of A higher vocational college, analysis some problems in herperformance plan, performance effect, the achievement effect checks and theperformance feedback and scheme out a performance appraisal management systemwhich satisfy the higher vocational schoolA.Higher vocational school A can acquire some enlightenments through thisarticle in how to carry out the performance management, then enhance the controllevel and build brand features, enhance competitiveness. Meanwhile, this article canprovide some performance management references to other higher vocationalschools enhancing their control level and push forward the sustainable development of higher vocational school.
