With the increasingly fierce competition, in order to gain sustainable development, collegesand universities has actively carry out the reform of personnel system and the distributionplan, hoping to introduce competition in the teachers’ work. However, on the basis of theguiding role of the evaluation system, if we only carry out a reform in teacher’s evaluationsystem and the distribution plan, it will easily lead to a single work independently for oneteacher, and it will do harm to the disciplinary construction and academic research. Theteamwork spirit can’t be better reflected in this process. So, establishing a disciplinary teamorganizational form is imminent. Now, position and role in the construction of colleges anduniversities in the country has become increasingly prominent, cross-and interdisciplinarycontinued mutual integration has become a trend of today’s scientific development. Inparticular, high school academic team as an effective form of organization, it can not only tobe able to quickly adapt to the trend of contemporary science research, but also fully explorethe potential of young high-level talents. In this case, scientifically appraises the universitydiscipline team achievements appraisal level, establishes a reasonable appraisal target system,and enables the administrative personnel to grasp the different discipline domain accuratelythe discipline team’s latest material. All of above are advantageous for team members to findout the fundamental question which exists in the achievements aspect. Therefore, carrying outa research on the university discipline team achievements appraisal will have an importanttheory and the practical significance thoroughly.In view of the question which existed in the university discipline team achievements appraisalresearch at present, the author has done many thorough research works and also provided abrand-new theory and method frame for the university discipline team achievements appraisal.And also determined the basic framework of the university disciplinary team performanceevaluation index system based on the strategic map based the BSC universities disciplinaryteam performance. On this basis, according to the specific design ideas and principles ofevaluation index system, constructed by the three indicators of university disciplinary teamwhich consisting of performance evaluation index system, the evaluation index system haslaid a solid theoretical foundation for the university disciplinary team performance evaluation. This article has drawn on an improvement of the fuzzy integral evaluation methods; it thencombined with the fuzzy integral evaluation method for calculating the basic tenets of thecomprehensive evaluation of fuzzy value evaluation. The colleges and universities in thismultidisciplinary team performance model for the evaluation of the University; A for10samples, a team of its performance for the empirical analysis, based on this, colleges anduniversities will increase interdisciplinary team performance based on the strategy. Finally, itwill offer corresponding strategies based on the previous analysis of the results of empiricalstudies and the combing of relative documents.
