High school period is an important period for the development of the relationship between teachers and students. Along with the growth of age, students leave their parents. They stay in school much longer than before,the relationship between teachers and students play a increasingly important position. The teacher-student relationship is a very special relationships, it set up during the teaching process.It can influence the students’ school adjustment, help-seeking behavior and other important factors. So it do have important research value. At present our country experts pay more and more attention on the important influence of the teacher-student relationship,related research has increased year by year, but still remain in the theoretical research, empirical research is very limited.Satir model is the world famous psychotherapeutic approaches. It is according to MS Satir’s actual treatment experience a, can be used for group counseling and case consultation, enjoyed a high international reputation, As well as domestic research has just started. This article tries to introduce this kind of therapy in mental health education in high school for high school students, Teacher-student relationship is a practical exploration, trying to find a new and effective method to promote the students’ psychological guidance, and make some contribute to high school students.This paper adopts the quantitative and qualitative methods, divided into scale, case analysis, and other means of teacher feedback intervention outcome assessment. This research adopts the experimental method, while adding a case report method, using the Satir model for high school students in teacher-student relationship in group counseling. Hope that through this study to explore the high students the status quo of teacher-student relationship, teacher-student relationship to a higher level of students’ mental health effects, as well as the Satir model application in mental health education in high schools may, exploring different intervention times influence degree to students of different.I selected four classes of students in grade1, in Xi’an Eighty-fifth High school randomly. As the object of study, they were randomly divided into experimental group A, group B, group C and contrast group. Application of Mental Health Scale (MHT) and Teacher-student Relationship test to check the level of mental health and the relationship between teachers and students. Then I did the experiment different times for each class. Such as2time4times or8times,45minutes each time, one time a week. After the experiment ends, each class was measured in order to observe the experiment to the students’ mental health level and the relationship between teachers and students, analyze the results, discussions, summary.The conclusions from this research are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of experiment, the use of The Satir Model to improve teacher-student relationship C proved to be effective in this research.2. The Satir Model bases on positive psychology. The treatment tool is agile and diversiform, strong practicality and operation, which belongs to the high school students love to see and hear activity form, the Institute of design courses have the effect.So in school mental health education process can be used.3.The reported case from the experimental class reflect that The Satir Model has unique advantages in teacher-student relationship.Suggestion:Satir model requires counselors in high school students group counseling using The Satir model techniques and tool accordanding with the age characteristics of high school students, mental and physical development. The creativing use of corresponding technologies and tools, can achieve the corresponding effect. This requires counselors are very familiar with the Satir therapy, at the same time can understand the students characteristics of physical and mental development. Through sufficient knowledge and careful preparation, to make Satir therapy playing effect.
