There are usually many phenomena about bullying and victimization in primary and middle schools. And the development of children who suffer from the victimizations will be hindered. the developments includs sustaining peer relationship, developing friendships, getting the good interpersonal satisfaction and so on. And these are related with prosocial behaviors, prosocial behaviors is partly determined by prosocial value orientation. Pupils in pramary schools who usually suffer from bullying would performance poorly in prosocial value orientation.Based on predecessors’researches about campus bullying, prosocial value orientation and social interpersonal satisfaction, this study focuses on prosocial value orientation and interpersonal satisfaction of primary school children who are bullied or bully others. And it suggests that the situation of being bullied or bullying others has relationships with prosocial value orientation and interpersonal satisfaction. This study chose1535primary school students of Grade4,5,6from18different classes of Chengdu Wenjiang Area to be sample, and use Olweus Bullying Behavior Questionnaire of Chinese revision (Elementary School Edition), Pupils Prosocial Value Orientation Questionnaire based on Li Dan’s research and Social Satisfaction Questionnaire for Pupils based on Zhao Jun’s research and some statistical software such as SPSS and Amos to process statistical data. These data show four different kinds as passive underdog children, offensive underdog children, implementation bullying children and noninvolved children and four kinds of prosocial value orientation as altruism orientation, rules orientation, empathetic orientation, and selfish orientation. And this study discussed the difference of social interpersonal satisfaction of passive underdog children and offensive underdog children, and developed an intermediary role model with these three variables, which means the situation of being bullied influenced social interpersonal satisfaction by prosocial value orientation. And by testing the data and the fitting degree of the model, it proved it is an reasonable constructed model.According to all above, this study conclude that, there is a significant difference between underdog children and non-underdog children in Grade4,5and6in the primary schools in their prosocial value orientation and interpersonal satisfaction; their’prosocial value orientation can be used to predict the interpersonal relationship satisfaction; prosocial value orientation is an Intermediary variable between being bullied and interpersonal relationship satisfaction.And the study also give some advice, such as to strengthen the construction of class environment for students to build prosocial interpersonal environment, to strengthen parents training for improving children’s prosocial value orientation, and to strengthen children’s psychological counseling for development of their prosocial value orientation.
