Study On The Way That Young Teachers Improve Their Ability With Resources Integration Of Physical Research Group

In recent years the high school students increased greatly because of the population age structure in our country. A large number of high school graduates are introduced in high schools. Young teachers are full of vitality and passion with teaching work, but it is always unsatisfied with their teaching effect. The most important reason is that many factors influence their adaption to the teaching environment and improve the ability. On the other hand, because of both the pressure of social evaluation on the quantity and quality, and the index from the competent department, the development of school requires the young teachers grow up rapidly. It is shortening the excellent teachers’growing periods, and they can take on the task of school teaching quality.It firstly introduces pedagogy theory about "teachers’competence sanatorium" and points out that the ability of teachers’education and quality including tissue of the teaching ability, language ability, organizational ability, the self-regulation ability. Combined with the growth of young teachers’characteristics and laws on its teaching ability training, it studies from five aspects:1, physical research group will guide the young teachers to join physics knowledge of junior and senior high school.2, Young teachers should be active and involved in the research group to the physical teaching resource integration.3, The research group to promote physical young teachers to be "five bases" construction.4, Young teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of personality literacy and self learning.5, combined with the process and conclusions of author’s teacher training topic and related research data, it can draw a conclusion that it is possible to shorten the training period of young teachers, and improve the young teachers teaching level.
