Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Dormitory Management In Secondary Vocational School

In 2001,the eighth new curriculum reform emphasized that the function of curriculum should be changed from merely focusing on imparting knowledge to reflecting and guiding students to learn to learn,to learn to live and to learn to be human.Cultivate the students' ability to collect and deal with information independently,acquire the ability to acquire new knowledge,the ability to analyze and solve problems independently,and the ability to communicate and cooperate.The medium occupation school education is a part of social education,since the implementation of quality education,the national development of secondary occupation education,secondary occupation school student dormitory management mode is a response to traditional dormitory management mode,which has become an important problem in the study of management reform in secondary occupation school.This problem is not only directly related to the difficulty of managers' work,but also to the formation of secondary vocational school students' good life and learning environment,and directly affects the pace of vocational education going further and further.This study takes Baoding X school student dormitories as the research object,through questionnaires,interviews,literature review and other ways to understand the current problems of student management in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some solutions.Secondary vocational school students are poor in learning,poor in personal quality,low in self-discipline and management ability,lazy in behavior,little in humane etiquette,and even in some students' self living abilities.This kind of situation leads to secondary school dormitory occupation management of dormitory management pressure is great,swell,no freedom,no pleasant days,and completely imprisoned.This phenomenon does not conform to the spirit of humanistic management.In order to "people-oriented" to build a house,good style of fighting a dormitory collective,let each student consciously and actively manage their own management,dormitory,help students,let students learn,take the initiative,mutual love,respect and courtesy,let the students more independent,play,medium occupation school dormitory management take the management mode of the inevitable.This paper studies from the following aspects: the present situation and existing problems of the dormitory management in secondary vocational schools;the problems and problems in the implementation of the dormitory management in the secondary vocational school dormitories,and the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems of the dormitory management in the secondary vocational schools.
