A Sichuan University Logistics Group Contract Energy Management Research

The essay is aimed at illustrating the management modes about University Logistics Group to the campus through the analysis of the four modes of energy management contracting(ie, saving efficient sharing type, Energy-saving guarantee type, energy costs custodian type, energy-saving facilities lease type) for solving the problems like the support crew are not good at mastering the energy-saving technologies, weak awareness of energy saving and imperfect energy management system, etc. To demonstrate that universities should select the appropriate management approaches of energy management contracting according to their own conditions:(1) To adopt the management of "energy efficiency proportionately" when lack of funds on its own;(2) To adopt the management of "Energy-saving guarantee type" when its own funds is sufficient(3) To adopt the management of "energy costs custodian" to various public facilities;(4) To adopt energy management contracting equipment rental for the use of new energy-saving technologies and new energy-saving equipment.Universities can improve their energy utilization rate and reduce the waste for improving the environmental quality though the use of energy management contracting, so as to create a green campus image. The application of contract energy management mechanism of the University Logistics Group is not only a positive response from both a national energy policy, but also a learning to new ideas about energy management though the applications of this market-based new energy-saving mechanism.
