Aesthetic activities is the highest rank of human activities. To appreciate something of great beauty is a process of experiencing our life.The aesthetic expression of ideas not only contributes to the inner harmony between the life and our knowledge but our spiritual satisfaction. Aesthetic education is aimed at enhancing our ability to appreciate something beautiful. It is conducted through education activities on the natural beauty, social beauty, artistic beauty and so on. Language teaching is a subtle teaching. We should avoid the utility of education and society as much as possible, but to lead students into the world of good faith and the aesthetic experience into language teaching. Literary aesthetics combines the aesthetic experience in teaching and learning environment so that the natural beauty of literature, social beauty, human beauty, and aesthetic content will introduce students to the world full of beauty. In the process of classical Chinese poetry teaching, from an aesthetic point of view, the teacher must highlight students’motivation and active mental activity, so that they will have fun learning poems. In junior high school composition teaching,the teacher teach students the aesthetic knowledge and guide students in writing to improve the students’sense of beauty and the ability to write wonderful compositions. Thus it truly becomes an effective way to improve creativity.This paper tries to probe into some approaches to Chinese teaching and methods of enhancing Junior high school students’abilities to appreciate beautiful classical Chinese poems. It comes in5parts. First, this paper introduces definitions on aesthetics and the relationship between aesthetics and Chinese teaching. Second, explain the importance of aesthetic Teaching implemented in language teaching. Third, Analyse the feasibility of implementation of the aesthetic language teaching in junior high schools. Fourth, introduce the aesthetic principles and strategies of Chinese teaching. Last, the paper presents some effective approach in appreciation of classical Chinese poetry.
