Junior middle school students are in a stage of imbalance and instable state ofphysical and psychology development, so their psychological contradiction and conflict isevident. In order to help the students to know themselves, to form good habits, to correcttheir study attitude,to set up the correct outlook on life; in order to help the teachers to getto know their students better, to discover and settle the problems in time,to promote thestudents’ academic development; Also,for the teachers’ scientific implementation of"effective teaching" to provide positive evidence.This study follows "theoretical analysis-developed tools–actual measurement-development characteristics and related research–model establishment" research. On the basis of theoretical analysis, we try to find somelearning problems on junior middle school students, so we manage to adapt appropriatequestionnaire to inquiry developmental feature of learning motivation, learning adaptationand learning burnout of junior middle school students.We explored the relationship between learning motivation, learning adaptation andlearning burnout of junior middle school students, then get a potential cause and effectrelationship between learning motivation, learning adaptation and learning burnout ofjunior middle school students with some analysis. This study made the followingconclusions:1.Junior middle school students’ learning motivation is in some extent. There aresignificant differences between exterior oriented motivation and interior orientedmotivation of ninth grades than seventh and eighth grades, specially speaking, the learning motivation of ninth grade students is strong.2.Junior middle school students’ learning adaptation is in the middle level.Demographic variables affect learning motivation variables are sex and age, speciallyspeaking, the learning adaptation of girls is better than that of boys, the learning adaptationof younger students is better than that of older students.3. Junior middle school students’ learning burnout is in some extent, that is, nearly inthe middle level. The physical and mental state, subsequently depleted are three maincomponents of the feeling of learning burnout.4. There is a high positive correlation between interior oriented motivation and everyfactor of learning burnout. There is a high negative correlation between learning adaptationand learning burnout. The negative correlation of learning habit and learning burnout, thenegative correlation of learning indifference is most evident.5. There is a positive predict effect of interior oriented motivation and learning burnout.There is a negative predict effect of learning habit, exterior oriented motivation andlearning burnout.
