The effectiveness of the junior high ideological and moral lesson has always been hot and difficult problems. That has many reasons, but many teachers of junior high ideological and moral lesson have an inescapable responsibility. With the continuous advance of the new curriculum reform, new situations and problems are emerging one after another incessantly, this is a great challenge for every junior high school teachers of the ideological and moral lesson. Therefore, how to use the new perspective of the new curriculum ideas to make the interpretation and reflection on education and teaching practice, and effective in improving the teaching effectiveness of junior high ideological and moral lesson. That is a new subject for the ideological and moral lesson of every junior high school teachers. New Curriculum Reform made it clear that teachers should become a organizer and guider for students’ autonomy, cooperation and inquiry learning, and should make the classroom atmosphere more active, more full of the vitality of life. Therefore, this essay point, the ideological and moral lessons of junior middle school teachers can use the educational perspective of narrative theory, and give full play to their own advantage has extensive experience in education, through educational narrative to reflect on education and teaching, and gradually improve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and moral lessons in junior high school.This paper employs text study, document analysis, practice research and other methods to analysis the content of the elements and the principles and procedure of Educational narrative use in ideological and moral education in junior high school. The principles include the unity of authenticity and transcendent, the unity of situational and reflection and the unity of vivid and direction. The process can be divided into four stages. First, determine the theme of educational narrative; Second, determinate the narrative style and expand the content of educational narrative; Third, take on the depth description and guide the students to reflect educational narrative; Fourth, explain the narrative text and summary and evaluation and promotion. On this basis, take the "honest man forever" in PEP eighth grade and tenth class as an example to analysis specifically. Analysis suggested that, teachers take Educational narrative in ideological and moral lessons in junior high school can effectively improve the teaching effect and enhance its effectiveness.
