Health education is the most basic way of promoting people’s physical and mental health.It encourages people to consciously develop healthy behaviors and lifestyles, promoting all-round development of young people. School students are the future of our country, they shoulder the important task of revitalizing the nation, and their physical and mental health not only affects their own learning and life, but also affects the country’s development and future. Therefore, school health education for young people is the most important part of health education. School health education enables young people to accept the health knowledge of the system, to cause the formation of good habits. Therefore, the study of health education in secondary schools teaching is very important.At present, the teaching of health education research focuses on the theoretical level, the idea of health education, health education and health education teaching. These studies mainly focused on the universities, but one of the few studies on health education in secondary schools. Therefore, carrying out a comprehensive investigation of Xi’an middle school health education has important theoretical value in strengthening and improving the Xi’an middle school health education teaching demonstration.In this study, I had a survey of the present situation of the Xi’an middle school health education topics on the basis of the large number of documents, questionnaires, expert interviews, and mathematical statistics, logic, induction and other research methods, exploring and analyzing the specific problems and situations of health education to implement. The preliminary draw the following conclusions:(1)Teachers and students of Xi’an secondary school though the development of health education is more important, however, the attitude of their health education needs to be further improved.(2)Due to many reasons, Xi’an high school health education curriculum development and teaching materials, teaching programs and lesson plans written and so needs to be strengthened.(3)Some schools put the health education class on the table, but for various reasons, it can not be implemented on time and the phenomenon is more serious.(4)The implementation of health education and teaching in secondary schools mainly is passive teachers’teaching. The single teaching approach reflects the emphasis of health education in Xi’an is the theoretical knowledge not practice session.(5)The writer summarizes the most important factors which effects the implementation of health education, enriching and improving the implementation of secondary school health education topics teaching approach and putting forward my own ideas, building theoretical and practical organic combination of the means of implementation. The study of Xi’an middle school health education expands health education and teaching through the analysis of the problem and provides teachers the most direct and effective way of teaching.
