In recent years, in the policy of the country vigorously developing the vocational education, Chinese vocational education has achieved a historic breakthrough, and training hundreds of millions of high skilled personnel for our country. However, in the meantime of the rapid development of vocational education, it faces some tough questions:secondary vocational schools arising loss of students, a few secondary vocational schools are forced to transition, the policy of developing the secondary vocational education isn’t still perfect, the measures may not be implemented, a lot of secondary vocational schools exist some questions, such as poor condition, a lack of teachers, outdated teaching mode etc. Increasingly severe loss of students has been seriously affect the healthy development of secondary vocational schools, and has become a major bottleneck which restricts the development of secondary vocational education. How to improve the phenomenon and promote Chinese secondary vocational education vigorously growing, which is worthy of our professional educators thought-provoking question.From the current grim situation of the loss of secondary vocational school students, take a rural secondary vocational school of the city of An’kang as a case study and by three-months of practice, the thesis research and analysis the loss of the secondary vocational school students, with the form of questionnaire survey analysis the characteristics of the loss of students, the reasons of the loss of students, whereabouts of the loss of students, and summary the negative impact of the loss of vocational students on students’personal, family, school, social and national. And based on the interviews, the author start from the government, society and secondary vocational schools’ development level, put forward coping strategies to control the loss of secondary vocational school students:1) The Government strongly supporting and the community altitudinal minding is the premise and guarantee to prevent the loss of secondary vocational students;2) Attaching importance to the ideological education and enforcing the career guidance is the key to prevent the loss of secondary vocational students;3) Carrying out school-based research and developing the specialized vocational education is the fundamental and effective meaning to prevent the loss of secondary vocational students.This thesis is the author’s experience summarization by making a questionnaire survey to the student and interviewing school leaders, form teachers and specialized teachers. It hopes that the thesis could help the secondary vocational school to control the loss of students, finally make Chinese vocational education healthily, steady and persistently develop. |
