In the new period,the social transformation of nation economic development promotes the emergence of a new vocational education system.School-Enterprise Cooperation as a breakthrough in vocational education reform.In particular,a series of supportive policies have been formulated for the reform and development of higher vocational education.It not only brings opportunities for the research and practice of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,but also puts forward many research topics that need to be solved.The goal of training talents in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality applied technical talents adapted to the intergration of production,management,construction and service.However,for a long time,the concept of discipline-based education has been rooted in higher vocational colleges,which makes the development of school-enterprise cooperation mode encounter bottlenecks and makes the employment of students in higher vocational colleges become a hot social issue.How to overcome the predicament of traditional school-enterprise cooperation and realize the reform of new school-enterprise cooperation is the key point for vocational education to carry out school-enterprise cooperation innovation.This paper chooses Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational And Technical College as the research object,and mainly divdes it into six parts to study its school-enterprise cooperation mode.The first part elaborates the purpose and siginifincance of this study,combs the literature on related subjects at home and abroad,and explains the core concepts and theories involved in this study.The second part,through the field survey data and data of Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational And Technical college,analyses the basic situation of the survey sample,the students' satisfaction with the school-enterprise cooperation,the school-enterprise cooperation curriculum,the graduates' employment situation and the basic conditions of professional education.The third part studies the main problems of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools.The mian problems are that it is difficult to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,the relevant suporting policies of the government are not in place,the attention paid to school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges is not enough,the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges needs to be strengthened,and the students'self-management level and professional quality are low.The fourth part,targeted analysis of the reasons for the predicament of school-enterprise cooperation.The fifth part exploes how to innovate the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.Based on the five perspectives of government,enterprises,higher vocational colleges,teachers and students,it puts forward countermeasures to promote school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.I hope to promote the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in a new stage within a limited scope,so that it can serve the development of local economy and social undertakings.
