That science and technology are the primary productive forces is recognized by all the countries in the world.Developing the country through science and education is a firm development strategy,which is put forward in accordance with China’s national conditions and with the purpose of realizing socialist modernization.In recent years,since the importance of education is generally recognized by the society,the opportunity for.the development of vocational education has also been ushered.However,many secondary vocational schools are still developing at a slower pace,and some even can not survive.many schools have adopted the way of transforming secondary vocational schools.However,this method is just a temporary cure.The increasingly serious loss of students in secondary vocational schools is a bottleneck problem that restricts the development of secondary vocational schools.As a teacher in the education field,the author deeply recognizes the seriousness of the loss of secondary vocational school students,and confirms the research of this subject after careful consideration.The paper will begin with the analysis ofthe problems of loss of the students in secondary occupation school.The paper takes a medium occupation school in Ji’an city of Jiangxi Province as an example,First,Due to the author’s Years of work experience at school,in-depth understanding of the enrollment,learning,employment situation,questionnaire for the students,and communication with headteachers,discussion with teachers,and school leaders’ experience,the author makes a conclusion of the causes of loss of students in secondary vocational school and the places where they go after the dropout.Besides,this paper analyzes the negative influence of secondary vocational school students on the students themselves,the family,the school and the society as a whole.Finally,according to the results of interviews with school leaders,class teachers and teachers,and the characteristics of secondary vocational schools,the methods and strategies for effective control of students losing in secondary vocational schools are put forward.The paper will comparatively analyze the total number of students of the school,flow quantity and the number of students that finally graduate to the society from 2010 to 2013,hopingto find the effective strategies through the analysis of the problem of the loss of students,thus,to help inhibit the loss of students in secondary schools in the future. |
