With the economic and social’s development, people’s living standards rising, the traditional division of labor and the concept of the family suffered a tremendous impact. More and more women leave their homes to the community, playing an increasingly diverse and important role in the workplace. Competition in the market provides a broad stage for women’s career development, which has made a significant contribution to the development of the community and the women themselves’growth, women’s status has also been recognized. With the participation of women in the workplace continues to increase, accompanied by the common problems-professional women how to balance work and family, which caused wide attention of family, employers and community.The society always has double expectations to women:on the one hand hope that women are actively involved in the job, contributing to society; other hand, hope she can play a role as good wife and mother, balancing work and family. Also playing all kinds of different roles good is very difficult. As energy and time are limited, many women in the pursuit of professional development, who facing a variety of pressures from family and work, are easily involved in role conflict. These conflicts will bring a greater negative impact on women, affecting the work and life ultimately. Dealing with work and family’s conflict, to seek a balance between the two parts, needs professional women themselves, their families and their enterprises to work together.As public’s awareness of the importance of the role of women, the topic of women attract more and more attention. When we care for women’s health in physical and mental, the research of their quality of working life, work and life satisfaction, work-family balance and subjective well-being, can not be brought down. This paper is a study of professional women, investigating the work and family balance how to impact professional women’s subjective well-being. Their stage of career development is considered as manipulated variable. Assumed that at different stages of career development, career women have different patterns of work-family balance, they affect the level and focus dimensions of subjective well-being. Among them, the dimensions of work-family balance, including:job expectations and job involvement, family expectations and family input. Subjective well-being has three dimensions, including family satisfaction, job satisfaction and emotional experience. Through research, providing advice and strategies for career women, whom with different stages of professional development, to coordinate the work and life. Also proving reference and consultation, both for homes and businesses to promote women’s work-family balance and improve their well-being level.
