Recently, with the rapid development of vocational education, all kinds of ideas affect the students of vocational school. At the same time, different concepts of these students are being formed. Most of the students come from countryside. Some are from lower class in city. And someone’s families are from the other cities in our country. Thanks for the unbalanced education, the behavior of the students in vocational school are very different. So the relationship between teachers and students is so hard.In various patterns of education, the source of the students in vocational schools is more complicated. And the patterns of learning are various. It’s important to manage the different relationships in vocational school, especially the relationship between teachers and students. It affects harmonious campus. It’s also an important part of harmonious society. The management of vocational school is the main way to realize the aim.In this period of information, gentle management becomes more and more important. We use it to the modern education; it expresses the high standard of culture. And it also shows the efficiency of school education. The most importance is the need of vocational school. Advocating gentle education isn’t meaning the opposites of law and discipline. It realizes their dialectical unity. Law and rules are the guarantee of the gentle education, and gentle management can improve law and discipline. So we should combine the gentle and firm management to carry out the whole efficacy. It’ll really realize the goal of vocational school education.
