Abstract:Nowadays, teachers’professional development is increasingly attracting people’s attention in the comprehensive promotion the quality of education and the depth development of curriculum reform. Reflection, as the important sign for an excellent teacher, attracts more attention on teachers’ professional development. However, teachers’reflective consciousness, reflective awareness and reflective capability are needed to be strengthened in their education life, In others words, teachers who are lack of reflective awareness, reflection space narrow, thin reflective framework, reflection ability not only hinder their development, but also influence the peer cooperation which will ultimately affect the quality of school. In this sense, teachers’reflection is his only personal problem.However, teachers’reflection is not isolated individual activity, but the one that is in the group of interrelated correlation seeks self-development. As a conventional way of school teaching and research activity on "dialogue and exchanges"," cooperation and mutual assistance", school-based teaching research builds a platform and creates the atmosphere for teacher’s reflection, and becomes the promotion of teacher reflection growth the most suitable soil. That is to mean, school-based teaching and research to the teachers as the main body, can cultivate teachers’autonomous consciousness of reflection; school-based teaching and research cooperation as a platform, can create a good atmosphere of teacher reflection; school-based teaching and research to the problem as the research object, can provide materials for teachers; school-based teaching and research to practice as the way, can help teachers to master the method of reflection; school-based teaching and research can help solve the problem for the purpose and promote teachers’ reflective ability.In a practical sense, in order to make the school-based teaching research to promote the teachers’ reflection, we can use the following strategies:firstly, we can go through peer interaction, harmonious interpersonal relationship, the mutual assistance to groups to promote individual reflection, reflection, thereby creating the atmosphere of teacher reflection in school-based teaching and research,. Secondly, school-based teaching and research should pay attention to in the development of teachers’reflective personality, cultivate teacher open way of thinking, cultivate teachers’ sense of responsibility, perseverance and critical reflection of personality, and for teachers to build up positive reflection model. Thirdly, school-based teaching research in teachers’ reflection to generate knowledge, including professional knowledge, theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge; Fourthly, in school-based teaching and research, through my reflection, reflection, through theoretical reflection by colleagues of teacher reflection method; fifth, in school-based teaching and research to "identify the problem--Analysis-assumption--validation suppose" the action research process, the development of teachers’ classroom observation ability, logical thinking ability, innovation ability, teaching monitoring capacity. It is noteworthy that, in the school-based research teachers’ reflection and reflective teacher also feed the school-based teaching research. From the beginning to the end, teachers’reflection with school-based activities can help teachers learn" reflection", Therefore, the "school-based" must go with the teachers’ self reflection for the foundation so that support teachers’self-reflection.
