A new round of curriculum reform is being carried out throughout the country wildly beating gongs and drums, teachers also have a new meaning and requirement, the teacher occupation development must take the road of professional development, teachers must be through a variety of ways to achieve self-improvement, to promote their professional development. In many of the way with perfect ego, reflective teaching is a very effective one. The quality of teachers professional development and maturation pathway eventually inseparable from the teachers' self reflection and self development ability. At present, teaching reflection is himself as the object of study, is a teacher to his own ideas, and the behavior and the resulting outcome survey and analysis, to various educational phenomenon, education method, education idea, opinion, education activities, educational facts and independent judgement and examined carefully, especially for his own teaching practice to examine and reflect on the teaching reflection, all teachers to improve the level of personal service is an effective way to.But the teacher's personal reflection belonging to individual reflection, due to its own quality, observation angle of view, knowledge and experience, professional development and other factors, the content of reflection and degree are low. This article through to the individual research strategy, selecting four representative teachers' teaching reflection analysis of teaching reflection, hinder the development reasons, such as lack of teaching behavior in learning result and behavior behind the subjective theory of critical thinking; from students and environmental perspective for understanding the learning process less and so on. So from the perspective of school-based teaching and research, the teaching reflection problems puts forward the solving strategies:first, to form a good teaching reflection study atmosphere, through methods such as lead and encourage teachers form the habit of reflection, teachers play director, make individual professional development planning is the route one must take to promote teachers'professional development, personal planning is the process of cultivating habit of reflection process; the development of school, teachers, all need to leading by example, promote the teaching reflection strength rise; through the above measures to correct the content and method of teaching; to promote teachers' professional development space; to build experience communication platform to promote teachers'sublimation refining; building collaborative community push ascending the school-based research; research to broaden the students'development. After a long time of practice, we can see the teachers' self reflection and action research can quickly improve the quality of teachers, teachers to persevere through the review and summary, can improve their ability of combining theory and practice, greatly promote the professional development of teachers.
