With the depth of educational informationization and popularity of the network, web-based online learning is unfolding, at the same time, network courses as the main support platform of online learning is also came into being. Network courses break through the limitation of time and space, and have the outstanding advantages which provides good conditions and development space for the online students, for example the convenience of exchanges between the class main staff, the diversity of information resources and the diversification of support tools. With the development and promotion of network courses, network learning organization built on the network course platform is increasing, and virtual learning class is one of them. The so-called virtual learning class refers to the new learning community, which carry out online teaching and learning activities. Online teachers and online students are the main stuff of virtual learning class, and a particular network curriculum platform is the virtual learning environment. Although virtual learning classes can promote the online learning, due to the improper of management, there have been some problems which seriously weakened promotion function of virtual learning classes to promote online student growth and development, for example, class main relationship imbalance, the poor applicability of the class resource, the low vitality of the class, chaotic class order and so on. Traditional methods and models of classroom management have been unable to meet virtual learning classes, and need to update the management strategies and models.Ecology and ecologism have become an important Ideological trend, ideas and principles of ecology have been extended and applied to the field of education. With the in-depth research on the educational ecology, ecological education has become a hot topic in the education field, the ecology of education is becoming the direction of the development of education. The essence of ecological education is achieving development of integration of education and their environment, and ultimately to promote education and eco-environmental to sustainability, healthy and stable develop. It focuses on the integrity and balance of the system, and follows the harmony, sustainability and other ecological law. From the ecological point of view, the virtual learning class is a learning ecosystem by the online students and a virtual learning environment. It focuses on the overall relevance of the multi-interaction among online students, teachers and a virtual learning environment, but not a part or aspect. Therefore, it is important to look at virtual learning classes from an ecological perspective and it is necessary to solve the problems existing of the virtual learning classes with ecological methods.By literature review and practice observation, this study summed up the problems of virtual learning classes, and analyzes the basic structure of the virtual learning classes from an ecological perspective. It elaborates the characteristics of the virtual learning class ecosystem from the unity of holistic and interactive, the unity of openness and balance, the unity of diversity and common nature, the unity of development and self-organization, and points out the content and tasks of the ecological management. On this basis, with the ideas and theories of ecology and using the laws and methods of ecology, the study proposed operable virtual learning class eco-management strategies, in order to ensure the exertion of the overall performance and the diversified development of the online students. It is obvious to bring about the development of virtual learning class in healthy and sustainable. Finally, ecological management strategy, which is implemented in the virtual learning class of Introduction to educational technology network courses, is tested by in the form of observation, questionnaires and interviews. Through the analysis of the implementation effect, it can test and further improve the ecological management strategy. |
