The new teacher is the starting point for teachers’ careerdevelopment, It is a necessities stage for teacher career and also a keypoint of professional development of teacher.At this stage, On the onehand, The new teachers need to face all kinds of difficulties andchallenges,On the other hand, They need them to fulfill the rolecoversion successfully from a new teacher to qualified teacher in arelatively limited period of time. Therefore, If we make a new teachers’professional development in the line with development characters ofeducation at early stage of teachers’ development, We can help newteachers adapt their own jobs successfully. However, Current thevocational education research focuses primarily on vocationaladapted situation of primary and middle school teachers. With theincreasing importance of kindergarten education, The vocationaleducation of the new teachers of kindergarten began to be receivedmore and more attention at home and abroad. This paper will continueto study vocational education of the new teachers of the kindergartenmainly on the basis of comprehensive researches at home and abroad,Which is divided into five sections to discuss the new teacher’svocational education of kindergarten.Part1: Introduction. In this part, Mainly explains the reason of thistopic, The objective and methods of research, The basic definition ofthe concept and current research about the vocational education.Part2: An overview of the literature. This part elaboratelydescribes the new teachers’ vocational education of the kindergartenat home and aborad based on the first part. In the aspect ofInternational, Mainly research on the United States and the UnitedKingdom, To explore the current situation, Standards, Implementation,and evaluation of vocational education of the new teachers of kindergartens, Which to provide experiences for the third part toestablish the new teachers’ vocational education system of thekindergarten.Part3: In this part, Which primary discussion on construction of newteachers’ vocational education system of kindergarten, Including thenew teachers’ vocational education goals, Contents, Evaluation andestablishment of securety conditions.Part4: in this part, We mainly research the models of new teachers’vocational education of kindergarten, This chapter will combine withcase study, To explore features, Contained types, Specificimplementation process of vocational education model as well as theexistence shortage of it.Part5: This chapter is the end part, Which mainly combines withcurrent situations of the new teachers’ vocational education of ourcountry in the kindergarten, and puts forward to some suggestionsabout implementation of new teachers’ vocational education ofkindergarten.
