For mankind, learning to be co-operative is the most important aspects of "learning to live together with others and learn to survive in the symbiosis circle". Co-operation ability has become one of the essential index for an all-around developed individual. Child period is the critical period of personality formation and development period, so focus on training children to obtain the spirit of being co-operative and cultivate children’s co-operation ability means laying a solid foundation for children’s whole life grow up and development. And it’s also the basic job in shaping and developing children’s healthy personality.This article is divided into five parts.The introduction section provides an overview of this article, includes putting forward the problems and discussing the significance and the methodology and the ideas of this research.Chapter1is a discourse of the concept of co-operation. In the first two quarters the article cites many concepts of co-operation of other researchers, and then analysis the meaning and the connotation of these concepts, purpose on clarifying concepts before further research and trying to look for theoretical support and trying to find the framework for later study. In the third quarter, the article mentions some of the new ideas and discoveries on co-operation study, such as Sharing-thinking, Win-win thinking and Co-opetition concept. Especially introduces the understanding of co-operation in Sociology of culture. At the same time, discusses the relationship between these new concepts and children’s co-operation education. The discussion especially focuses on how to handle the relationship of co-operation and competition. The author considers the new discoveries as the challenges for children co-operative education, but also regards them as the new opportunities. And says we should grasp the advance ideas and update our mind and our educational strategies on time. In the forth quarter the article gives a glance at some studies on the biological basic of co-operation and gives her own opinion.Chapter2reviews the characteristics of the co-operative behavior of young children, discusses the characteristics of age in children co-operative behavior development and the factors affecting. The first section of this chapter introduces the originator of the children’s co-operative behavior and it’s development. The second section analyzes the impact of factors that affects the development of children co-operative behavior from three dimension that’s the individual factors, the group factors and the task characteristic factors. In quarter3, the author discusses the characteristics and deficiencies of the previous research from three aspects that’s the research methods, the research contents and the research results.Chapter3is an overview of experimental researches relevant to children co-operative cultivating. At first the author discusses some of the studies about the relationship and the co-operative games, and the studies on children co-operation training. Then, the author discusses the new arising forms in children co-operation training that’s children’s co-operative education and the mixed-age education. And spends some especial efforts on discussing the organization, the development and the implementation of the strategies of children co-operative training research. From three aspects that’s the concept, the organization and implementation, and the evaluation the author discusses the co-operative learning the new form of co-operative education. At the end of this chapter, the author discusses some other experimental studies related to children co-operative development.Chapter4reviews the theoretical and practical researches on children co-operative training. At first the author discusses the studies on the co-operation activities and instructional strategies on Children co-operative. And then on the basis of previous studies, this paper sums up the trends of the development of children’s co-operative education. This paper mainly adopts literature research methods:through carefully book reading and journal searching on materials related to the children co-operative behavior, master the contents of the children of co-operative behavior. Then by combing through the systematically literature study, discovers the significances and the deficiencies of the current literature research. At the same time clarifying the contents and value of children co-operative behavior through grasp the direction of the contemporary educational reforms, at last discusses the successful experiences of children cooperation education and the historical limitations of them, aiming to provide good experiences to the implementation and the development of children co-operative behavior can learn from the experience.
